El Santo and Blue Demon are a very well know duo in the Mexican Lucha Libre. They were masked wrestlers and legends in the 60s and 70s. These luchadores were considered folk heroes. El Santo also known as "El Enmascarado de Plata" , and Blue Demon or "Demonio Azul" Both of them were actor and started in many movies in the late 60s and 70s. Sometimes they were tag team partners and sometimes they were enemies. The legend continued with their sons, El Hijo del Santo and Blue Demon Jr.
