Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase from Leos Imports, contact us to exchange it within 30 days of your purchase for a replacement or merchandise exchange. All items must be returned in a NEW condition with original tags attached. Worn or used items cannot be exchanged. The return authorization will be sent to you via email.
Freight charges, however are non-refundable and return shipping fees apply. Please do not send us back merchandise without the proper return for exchange authorization.
Special Orders are not refundable.
For your security, orders submitted through our website are encrypted with SSL technology on both the client and server end. Your information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered, to our server.
Leos Imports values your privacy. We keep confidential any information entered during registration and product ordering. When you create your account, rest assured that you will be the only one seeing your information. From time to time, we may contact you with news, events, shopping opportunities, or may ask you for some feed-back on your shopping experience.

Leos Imports ships via FedEx, UPS and USPS from, unless other arrangements have been made or noted otherwise. Website prices do not include shipping charges, unless otherwise noted on the product description. The shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout. Most items are kept on stock and are shipped within (2-4) working days. If an item is in back-order, we will notify you by email and will provide you with options.
If a package arrives damaged, please note it on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. If a package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and call us immediately at 1-866-616-5367.
Free shipping is available only in the Continental U.S. and the merchandise is sent to you by USPS Parcel or 1st Class Service. This service does not ship the merchandise insured. If you require for the merchandise to ship insured, please select FedEx or UPS service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
